17 –National Indian Taco Contest & OK Tribal Pow Wow, Pawhuska. Make plans now to attend an old favorite with a new taste -- this year’s categories include:

1.       Classic or Traditional Indian Taco (taco must include)

·         Fry bread  

·         Beef (also accepted Buffalo, Beefalo, lamb, venison or pork)

·         Lettuce

·         Tomato

·         Cheddar Cheese

·         Sour Cream

·         Green Chilis (optional)

2.       Dessert Indian Taco

Winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd, & Honorable Mentions) will be required to provide recipes for promotional purposes)
