Osage Nation Senior Service Program, formerly known as Osage Nation Title VI, is the only Native American Senior nutritional program within the Osage Reservation.  The program has been in existence since 1980.

Our Mission Statement is to address the needs of the Indian senior by providing noon day meals through a culturally sensitive program.  The program also provides a culturally sensitive approach to the provision of supportive services needed by the Indian senior on the Osage Reservation.

Our program is federally funded from the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration on Aging, Washington, D.C.

The Osage Nation Congress also supplements the program.

Congregate meals are served Monday-Friday at the congregate meal site located at 350 Senior Drive in Pawhuska.  Lunch is served from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm, daily.

Homebound delivered meals are served Monday – Friday in Pawhuska, Hominy, and Fairfax area, all the meals are prepared in the Senior Service Kitchen in Pawhuska.

The Senior Service Program provides Indian Seniors with a program that meets their nutritional  social and culture needs.

The program is for all Native American Seniors 55 years of age with a CDIB card.  Their spouse is also eligible for the programs service no matter what their age.
