Emergency Assistance applications for Osages who have lost food as a result of the recent ice storm will be available at the Osage Nation WIC offices, Head Start offices, and the General Assistance office. Funds are limited and will require that you meet one or more of the following:

4. Families with small children
Application may be submitted during the time period of 12/17 - 12/21 before 4:30 to the General Assistance office in Hominy. The following documents will need to accompany the application:
1. Drivers License/ Photo ID
