The Osage Nation Temporary Assistance to Needy Families program relocated in 2006 and is now located in the Hominy Industrial Park. Regular business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Applications for TANF and General Assistance are accepted by appointment, walk in exceptions are made when possible for specific circumstances, however these will be worked in between pre scheduled appointments. The TANF program does accept applications for the Osage Nation Crisis Assistance program; however our program does not take part in the decision process, determinations for Crisis Assistance are made by a three man committee, once the committee has informed our department of the determination we then process the application accordingly.
Transportation is available for program purposes only, you must call to schedule needed transportation at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For the protection of both the transporter and trasportee and agreement must be signed listing the rights and responsibilities of the driver and the transportee.
