How can a person who's ancestors were in Tenn. in the 1800's and died in Arkansas who's children were born married and died in arkansas with a card and roll # for the osage community find thier inrollment records? I have one of the children's name card # and roll # from his father but since he was not in oklahoma in 1905 or 1906 they say they can't find him on the roll. how and what can I do to find thier original enrollment papers to the osage community? any help from anyone PLEASE!!!
