Congress/Executive National Resource Bill

Hello Diane, I support the Osages taking over the EPA/Natural Resources. It seems that many people are so stirred up over this. The fear and distrust is very strong while reading the posted e-mails from the Congress, producers, cattle and The District Courts and our own Congress legal representative.
I believe that we the Osages should take the responsibilites of our Reservation from State and County and the BIA where there has not been any accountability for the minerals trust funds. From the meeting and the discussions make me suspect those against progress of the Osage Tribe and what they have to HIDE. That is what we all should fear from them. What have they gotten away with? The BIA from Washington and the Regional office here has stated Publicly they have no accountability to the Osages. This was stated in a meeting in the last council. I would question all their concerns and comments. You all kept your faith while taking all the pot shots from those nay sayers.
Have you considered adding to the bill a reference to the Osages Natural Resourses Tribal Codes? I believe this would be a good asset to sell this bill. I also believe some of the Congress Bills are to wordy and should be shortened for all to understand.
There is so much concern about the writting of this bill that does not cover all Natural Resources. In the currant Rules on drafting any bill that it's title and the contents of any bill must stick to that one subject only. You can check with Congress on that one and it should have been noted in the meeting. Call me if you have any questions or comments. Sandra
