In answer to your question, the 21st century program is an after school program for the Wynona. It is Wynona, because Pawhuska had already teamed up with somebody. The kids do homework first, then activities. It ran for 8 weeks during the summer. This was a 5 year grant which runs out in June. I hope this answers your questions.
