Gaming Arbitration

Can anyone give us an accurate update on what is going on with the arbitration between the tribe and K&D Gaming?

Anyone out there? Does anyone from the tribal government actually look at these forums? Evidently not.

Yes, someone does look

Yes, we do look at the Forums. The Gaming Enterprise Board, however, is not a full time board, so they may not look immediately. I work for the Osage Nation Congress and do monitor the Forum quite frequently.

I will contact the Gaming and see if someone might be able to reply to your question.

I talked with the Congressional Gaming committee, and was told that there had been no new developments. The Judge has made no ruling.

Thank you,

That is interesting since I have heard that the tribe has asked the arbitration judges to postpone the hearing until December. Don't say there are no developments. Why the delay? Is the tribe concerned about the outcome?

I'll be in Pawhuska tomorrow and will work to get us all an update. We in congress were receiving updates regularily, but the special session has taken a lot of our time the past 10 days.
I'll be back tomorrow with the details I find out.
