IIM Account Management Letter
August 23, 2011

Dear Mr. Chairman,

Per your request, I am providing general guidance on the distribution options available to shareholders.

IIM account holders who are also Indian, have the option of placing the account on Voluntary Hold status. This means no automatic distribution will take place. The account holder may call the Trust Beneficiary Call Center at 888-678-6836 and request that their IIM account be placed on Voluntary Hold. They can also request one time (1 x) disbursements, and other specific distribution requests.

Non-Indian IIM accounts holders do not have this privilege.

If no Voluntary Hold is requested, the funds in the account will be disbursed either via check or direct deposit upon funds being received into the IIM account.

This guidance applies to quarterly annuity payments and any other distributions from the trust fund account to IIM accounts.

If you have any questions during my absence, please contact my staff at 918-287-5790.
