Court is held every Thursday beginning at 10:00 a.m. and on the 2nd Friday of each month beginning at 10:00 am.

Charles H. Lohah
Chief Justice Osage Nation Supreme Court
Degrees earned: B.A. from Benedictine Heights College and Juris Doctorate from University Of Tulsa with Honorable Discharges from the Oklahoma Army National Guard, United States Air Force, Oklahoma Air National Guard and The Air Force Reserve. Serving on several committees including Co-Chairman Consumer Advisory Committee to the Federal Energy Administration, Geothermal Energy-Department Of Energy, Synthesized Gaseous Hydrocarbon Fuels to the Federal Power Commission. Employment history: United States Department of Labor Investigator, Private Law Practice, Assistant County Attorney, County Judge, Elected Associate District Judge, Board member and counsel to The Osage Nation Organization, Executive Director American Indian Task Force-Washington D.C. in the office of economic opportunity funded program to assess needs for National Indian Legal Services program, founding Board Chairman of Native American Rights Fund, Assistant Professor Of Government Antioch College, Professor of Law and served on planning committee for Antioch School of Law, Director of American Indian Educational Program University of Colorado, Staff Attorney Native American Rights Fund establishing Tribal Court systems and founding director of Council of Energy Resources, Trial Judge and Court Administrator of Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Courts training personnel and drafting legislation and Technical Assistant To Osage National Council. Retired in 1997. Appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Osage Nation in 2006
Meredith Drent

A graduate of Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and an alumna of its nationally recognized Indian Legal Program. After years of practice with several Claifornia based private law firms specializing exclusively in Indian Law, Ms. Drent now serves as the Managing Attorney of Government Affairs with the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in Highland, California. Ms. Drent's practice focuses on all issues related to tribal governance including child welfare, education, health, housing, tribal court development, public safety, personnel matters, policies and procedures, legislation and intergovernment relations. In her capacity as Associate Justice, she authored the first opinion issued by the Osage Nation Supreme Court in In re: Petition of James Gray. Born in Pawhuska, Meredith is the daughter of Florence Jump and Ivan Quinata, Granddaughter of Arita Jump and great-granddaughter of Josephine Strikeaxe and Jacob Jump. In June she is most often found on her familys bench under the arbor in the Wa-Xa-Xo-Li district, at Sally's Cafe or at Sonic enjoying a diet cherry limeade.
