Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess an Associate’s Degree or 2 years of Surveillance experience. Must have the ability to obtain and keep a gaming license. Must have reliable transportation to work sites. Must have reliable telephone access for call-ins. Previous casino experience preferred. Prior experience in law enforcement, military or civilian services, CLEET certification or equivalent preferred. Must have the ability to learn or possess prior knowledge of all casino games as well as a comprehensive knowledge of law enforcement, security and casino related department procedures and various Federal, State, and Tribal regulations. Must have a working knowledge of data entry and Microsoft Office computer programs and internet. Must have the ability to react, write, speak, and understand English in both written and verbal forms. Must have the ability to effectively present information to employees, managers, and top management. Must possess excellent organizational and analytical skills. Must have the ability to follow complex instructions and perform tasks under limited supervision. Must be able the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must have the ability to see problems and avoid situations that could be deemed to be illegal or represent a safety hazard to fellow employees or customers. Must be able to listen to and assist employees and/or customers in finding solutions to problems or concerns. Must be able to talk, hear, sit, see, feel and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. Must be able to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to see with close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and have the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to work in conditions where exposed fumes or airborne particles, including second-hand smoke, are present. Osage and Indian Preference is considered. Verification of Indian Heritage must be included with application. The Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for protecting assets and maintaining the integrity of the Osage Casinos utilizing CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) and floor observations. The employee must perform all duties in accordance with the Nation’s core values, the objectives of the Osage Nation, internal policies, procedures and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations.
