Senior Housing Rental Complex - this program offers rental housing units to eligible elderly (55 yrs +) or disabled Native Americans. The current complex consists of 14 duplexes (28 units) and is located in Pawhuska, OK Tenants are offered maintenance-free and income based rental units. The Housing Department exercises the right to give priority to Osage Indian applicants; however due to the abundant number of applications received, there is a waiting list for the rental complex.
