The Compliance Department ensures that our gaming facilities are operated in an honest, fair, and safe manner. We work to ensure that all regulatory requirements and standards are being met. New rules and regulations are being introduced all the time, covering everything from money laundering to environmental waste control to health and safety standards. We review the policy and procedures for each facility and make recommendations as needed to stay in compliance with these new rules. We also investigate and follow up on customer disputes and complaints and work to ensure that all regulatory requirements and standards are met so that our casinos will be successful and benefit our Osage Nation. Our current Compliance Officers are Deleana Ford, Adrea Geisler, and Lead Compliance Officer Joseph (Jody) Lynn.
