The order in which names appear on the ballot shall be determined by lot.  The meeting to draw lots shall be held on June 16th, 2010 at 10:00 am at the Osage Nation Election Office located at 532 Kihekah, Pawhuska, OK 74056.  The Election Supervisor shall, in full view of those present at the meeting, clearly write or print the name of each candidate for a particular position on seperate pieces of paper measuring equal size.  There shall be a separate drawing for each office, Chief and Assistant Chief.  The names of the candidates shall be written or printed on the same color or type of paper.  The papers shall be folded in half one time so that the names are not visible and shall be placed into a container selected by the Election Supervisor.  The Election Supervisor shall draw one paper at a time, and the first name drawn shall appear first on the ballot, second drawn shall appear second on the ballot, and so on until all names are drawn.
