JOM Sets Date for Supply Event

The Osage Nation JOM program prepares for back to school with several events for their students. School supplies will be distributed along with food and fun activities to start the new school year. The upcoming dates for school supply distribution are:
: Tuesday, August 4, 2009- "Back to School Bash" at the Hominy City pool from 6-9 pm. JOM School Supplies will be available for JOM Students School Year 09-10; Pre-Kindergarten – 12th grades. There will be a pizza party & soft drinks. The JOM program has rented the pool for all JOM students & parents to swim free between hours of 6- 8:30 pm.
PAWHUSKA JOM: Tuesday, August 4, 2009- School supplies will be available at the Wakon Iron at 6pm. Refreshments will be available for parents and students.
SKIATOOK JOM: Tuesday, July 28, 2009- The annual school supply handout will be held at the city pool from 6-8pm. Food and drinks will be provided.
WOODLAND JOM: Wednesday, July 29, 2009- School supplies will be available at Woodland Elementary from 6-9pm. The JOM Back to School Party is scheduled for Sunday, August 2, 2009 at the Fairfax Swimming Pool from 4-6pm.
