March JOM meetings

EDUCATION
There are only 3 months left of the school year and Osage Nation JOM parents are actively planning cultural and graduation events for their students. If you are a JOM parent please attend your monthly meeting and help make this school year memorable for your child.
  • Tuesday, March 10th at 7pm: Skiatook JOM meeting, Family Resource Center. Skiatook JOM students can turn in reimbursement requests for graduation cap & gown, ACT test fees, drivers ed, athletic shoes, athletic fees and other eligible expenses to Carolyn Mahan at the high school library. The parent committee will look over and approve these requests at their meeting. They are also planning their 5th annual powwow, scheduled for April 4th, (more info to follow at a later date).
  • Tuesday, March 10th at 7pm: Woodland JOM meeting, WIC building. The committee will discuss upcoming graduation dance and refreshments will be provided. Woodland JOM students are also eligible for assistance with cap & gown, ACT fees and athletic expenses. Parents must attend meeting and bring receipt for reimbursement.
  • Thursday, March 26th at 6pm: Pawhuska JOM meeting, Wakon Iron Hall. The committee is planning their upcoming handgame challenge and graduation event. Pawhuska JOM students can also request reimbursment for cap & gown, ACT test fees and athletic expenses. Parents must attend meeting and bring receipt for reimbursement.
Hominy JOM meeting information will be added as soon as it's available. Please check back for updates or cancellations.
