Speaker Archie Mason calls the Osage Nation Congress into session on Monday, February 08, 2010 at 10 am .
The 26th Special Session will consider and review the the following:
1 Repeal ONCR 10-04
2. Repeal ONCA 09-02
3. To provide an appropriation to the Executive Branch
for litigation expenses of Osage Nation v. Thomas E.
Kemp,Jr., Chairman of the Oklahoma Tax Commission,
Jerry Johnson, Vice-Chairman, Okla. Tax Commission,
Constance Irby, Secretary-Member Okla. Tax Commission.
