Principal Chief Jim Gray calls the First Osage Nation Congress into its 22 Special Session at Pawhuska, Oklahoma in the legislative chambers on Monday, November 30th, 2009 at 10am to consider the following:

 

ONCA 09-66, an  FY-10 appropriation to Government Operations Department and Programs,  

ONCA 09-63 an FY-10 appropriation to Office of the Chief,

 

ONCA 10-07, an act to amend ONCA 09-65, to Include an appropriation for the Osage Nation Enterprise Board and Gaming Enterprise Board,

ONCA 10-08, an act to amend ONCA 09-65, to Include an appropriaton to Osage Nation Foundation Board. and

ONCA 10-09, an act to amend ONCA 09-58 to remove Two positions from OFPR: to reduce the Appropriation to the Legislature.

and to amend ONCA 09-61. 

All of the bills listed will declae an Emergency and Establish an Effective Date.
