On November 13, 2009 the Osage Nation Congress received a Executive Proclamation from Principal Chief Gray to extend this Special Session to November 17th, 2009.

 

The Executive Proclamation stated:  I hereby grant a three day extension to the 21st Special Session of the First Osage Nation Congress originally convened by the Osage Nation Congress on November 02, 2009 and which shall now be extended to November 17, 2009.

 

Principal Chief Gray continued by stating his primary objective is to allow time for ONCA 10-14 and amendments ONCA 10-14 to be voted on by the Congress. 

 

(ONCA 10-14) An act to amend ONCA 09-61, as amended;  to strike the one twelfth restriction on Expenditures allowed by the Treasurer. A bill sponsored by Congressman Raymond Red Corn.

 

Members of the Osage Nation Congress will re-convene on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 3pm.
