* Office Hours are from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Our office is closed on all Federal Holidays.
* Transportation is provided to Native Americans who live in Osage County going to Indian Health Service facilities or Indian Health Service referrals.
* We do not transport to other IHS facilities unless it is a specialty clinic that Pawhuska IHS does not offer.
* Please allow 2 weeks or as much as one month notice when scheduling appointments.
* Parents are required to accompany children under the age of 16 and all infant and toddlers being transported must have proper child seat restraints.
* All transports will be canceled if bad weather occurs.
* CHR's will not transport to appointments scheduled on or after 2:00 pm
* Please contact the CHR Administrative Assistant for all transportation appointments and rescheduling of appointments. Do not give appointment to CHR's, please notify the Office.
* The CHR Program will not transport clients as Drop-Ins.
