It's that time again. Recerts are due in this office no later than Friday, September 24, 2010 for the October through January, 2010 certification period. Recertification Notices will go out to every client in August via certified mail.
**Everyone will need to provide a current pay stub for each working member of the household. For the self-employed, we need a copy of your latest income tax return. For those attending school, we will need a current class schedule. If your physical address has changed, we will need an updated proof of residence.
**Since there is now a waiting list for subsidy services, any late submissions will loose their spot for assistance and will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list for reconsideration. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
