OFFICE CLOSINGS:
#1)The Osage Nation Child Care Program offices will be closed Monday, October 13, 2008 in observance of Osage Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 @ 8:00 am.

#2) The Osage Nation Child Care Program offices will be closed Monday, October 20, 2008 through Wednesday, October 22, 2008 for staff training. We will reopen Thursday, October 23, 2008 @ 8am.

#3) The Osage Nation Child Care Program offices will be closed the week of November 3-7, 2008 for staff training. We will reopen Monday, November 10, 2008 @ 8am. Provider timesheet deadline for payment by the 15th is still due in the office by the 5th.

Osage Nation Child Care Mission Statement: To assist Native American families in providing a safe, nurturing, loving and learning environment for their children, ages 0 through 12 years that live on the Osage Reservation. To also assist parents with referrals, resources and classes that educate on meeing the needs of the family unit.

Welcome to the Osage Nation Child Care Program website. The Osage Nation Child Care Program is here to assist Native American families with their child care needs. We accomplish this in a variety of ways. There is financial assistance for daycare. We also provide a program that enables a family member to care for children. A variety of training opportunities are made available to all members of the community. These classes consist of C.P.R., First Aid, Parenting Skills Classes, etc.

NOTE: If Pawhuska Public Schools are closed unexpectedly, due to inclement weather, our childcare offices will be closed as well to protect the safety of our staff.
