Join the Osage Nation Historic Preservation Office for a discussion of The Imperial Osages: Spanish-Indian Diplomacy in the Mississippi Valley by Gilbert C. Din and Abraham P. Nasatir, at Nehemiah's Wall Coffee Shop, 521 Kiheka Ave., Pawhuska. The meeting will be held on Thursday, July 8th at 6:00 pm.
 
The Imperial Osages is currently out of print and may be difficult to find if you do not have a copy. We suggest looking for it online or ordering it from your library. The ONHPO has one copy that is available to read at our office; if necessary, contact the ONHPO to schedule reading time.

EVENT: Osage Nation Run-Off Election

On July 19, 2010 Osage members will gather to cast their votes for Principal Chief and Assistant Principal Chief in a run-off election.  If you voted using an absentee ballot in the June 7th election you will automatically receive an absentee ballot.  The last day to request an Absentee Ballot will be on June 29, 2010.  We will not be able to process any requests past this date.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Osage Nation Election Office at (918) 287-5286 or (918) 287-5289.  You can also contact through email at AHarris@osagetribe.org
